  1. Install the Microsoft Authenticator app on your smartphone.

  2. Open the app and click on Add Account → Work or School Account.
    When asked if you want to allow the app to access your camera, select Allow. This will allow the authentication app to take a photo of the QR code in the next step.


  3. Open your browser and open https://aka.ms/mfasetup
    Sign in using your email credentials.

  4. Click on Add method.

  5. Select Authenticator app as your method.
    Click on Continue, until you get to the QR code scanning.

  6. Scan the QR code with the authentication app we opened in the second step.


  7. After scanning, you will receive a pop up in the Authenticator app. Confirm the request and finish the setup by clicking on Next. 


  8. Tap on the newly created account and then on Enable Phone sign-in.
    Continue through the setup dialog. Once you're done, you can use your phone to securely sign into your account.

    Öffne die App und klicke auf Konto hinzufügen → Arbeits- oder Schul-Account.
    Wenn du gefragt wirst, ob du der App erlaubst auf deine Kamera zuzugreifen, wähle Zulassen. Damit kann die Authentifizierungs-App im nächsten Schritt ein Foto des QR-Codes machen.
    Starte deinen Browser und öffne

  2. Ouvrez l'application et cliquez sur Ajouter un compte → Compte de travail ou compte d'école.
    Si l'on vous demande si vous autorisez l'appli à accéder à votre appareil photo, sélectionnez Autoriser. Cela permettra à l'application d'authentification de prendre une photo du code QR à l'étape suivante.


  3. Démarrez votre navigateur et ouvrez https://aka.ms/mfasetup

    Klicke auf Anmeldemethode hinzufügen.

    Anschliessend auf Weiter klicken, bis du zum QR-Code scannen kommst.

    Scanne den QR Code mit der Authentifizierungs-App, die wir im zweiten Schritt geöffnet haben.
  4. Nach dem Scannen wird dir eine Anfrage auf dem Smartphone angezeigt. Bestätige diese und schliesse die Einrichtung mit einem Klick auf Weiter ab. 
  5. Tippe auf das neu erfasste Konto und anschliessend auf Anmeldung per Telefon aktivieren.
    Klick dich durch den Registrierungsdialog durch. Damit wird dein Telefon registriert, damit du dich künftig sicher mit deinem Smartphone anmelden kannst.

  6. Cliquez sur Ajouter une méthode.


  7. Choisissez comme méthode l'application d'authenticaton.
    Cliquez ensuite sur Suivant jusqu'à ce que vous arriviez au scannage du code QR.

  8. Scannez le code QR avec l'application d'authentification que nous avons ouverte à la deuxième étape.


  9. Après le scannage, une demande s'affiche sur votre smartphone. Confirmez-la et terminez la configuration en cliquant sur Suivant.


  10. Tapez sur le compte que vous venez de saisir, puis sur Activer la connexion par téléphone.
    Cliquez sur la boîte de dialogue d'enregistrement. Votre téléphone est ainsi enregistré, ce qui vous permettra à l'avenir de vous connecter en toute sécurité avec votre smartphone.
